The newly constructed second accommodation block for officers and other ranks undergoing training courses at the Security Force Headquarters -Jaffna (SFHQ-J) was declared open by Major General Nandana Udawatta, Commander, SFHQ-J on Friday (1).
The first block with the the facilities for accommodating 40 trainees was declared open on 29 November 2015.
However the erection of the second block with same capacity, accommodates 80 trainees comfortably including self-study rooms and the computer section.
Engineer Service section serving under the SFHQ-J completed the construction works within a short span of time.
