A workshop on ‘Art of Effective Communication’, organized at the Security Force Headquarters - West (SFHQ-West) on the instructions of Major General Sathyapriya Liyanage, Commander, Security Forces - West (SF-West), with a view to improving communicative skills of all Ranks got underway on Sunday (1) at the Sri Lanka Engineers’ Regimental Centre in Panagoda.
42 Officers who are serving under the SFHQ-West enthusiastically participated in the workshop. Lieutenant Colonel (Retd) Wasantha Pamunuwa delivered the lengthy lecture during this workshop.
