SFHQ-MLT Troops Offer ‘Thaipongal’ Lunch Treat to Resettled Families in Keppapilavu

Troops of the Security Force Headquarters – Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on Thaipongal day (14) took part in a community event at Keppapilavu with recently resettled villagers in Mullaittivu.

Those troops hosted a lunch treat to 85 families in the resettled Keppapilavu village in Mullaittivu by visiting their respective own shelters in the newly re-established model village after those resettled families were given back their land, deeds and titles during a recent ceremony.

This project of goodwill and reconciliation was organized on the directions of Major General Dushyantha Rajaguru, Commander, Security Forces – Mullaittivu.
