SFHQ-MLT Conducts ‘Bodhi Pooja’

On account of the recent Ill Full Moon Poya Day, a Bodhi Pooja (meritorious act) organized by 6 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP) was held on Monday (16) at Muladhipa Temple inside the Security Force Headquarters-Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on the instructions of the Commander, Security Forces-Mullaittivu (SF-MLT).

Ven Thambarawewe Dhammarathana Thero, Chief Incumbent at Buddhangala Temple, Ampara conducted the Dhamma sermon after the Pooja.

Colonel H. G. P. M Kariyawasam, Colonel General Staff, SFHQ-MLT, together with senior officers, officers and other ranks attended arrangements.

Blessings were invoked on all serving soldiers and merits transferred to the dead.
