Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ-J) organized a workshop on ‘Art of Living & Personal Development’ with the assistance of the Art of Living Foundation of Sri Lanka at the SFHQ’s Gymnasium during August 01-05.
The workshop was held with the purpose of promoting confidence among troops to take on any situations as military personnel and gain experiences to sustain simple and joyful life.
The workshop was conducted with the blessings of the Commander of the Army and the coordination done by Directorate of Psychology Operations. Major General Mahesh Senanayake, Commander, Security Forces- Jaffna (SF-J) supported the project.
Mr Kishan Gopal and Mr Lanka Jayasekara of the Art of Living Foundation Sri Lanka contributed to this programme.
A total of 32 Army personnel, including 12 officers and 20 non commissioned officers attended the workshop.
