To coincide with the forthcoming 69th Army Day & Anniversary, Security Force Headquarters – Central (SFHQ-Cen) troops launched a blood donation programme at Diyatalawa Army Base Hospital on Thursday (4) under the guidance and supervision of the Commander, Security Forces - Central, Major General Rukmal Dias.
