The Second Court Martial probing into charges against General Sarath Fonseka’s alleged violation of military procurement procedures commenced its sittings at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday (July 27) as scheduled.
The second witness’ examination in chief as well as the cross examination by the defence was concluded today (27) and the tribune is to call up the third witness when it resumes sittings on Wednesday (28) at 2.00 p.m. (Ends)
