Richmond College Teachers Undergo Army Leadership Training

Officers of the Commando Training School at Uva Kudaoya at the request of school authorities at Galle Richmond College conducted a two-day training workshop on ‘Leadership Abilities and Positive Attitudes’ for teachers during 1 - 3 December at Kudaoya Commando Training School.

The workshop for teachers focused on development of leadership qualities, social ethics and discipline, streamlining behaviour and skills, professional guidance, mental balance, readiness to overcome challenges, correct social perspectives, etc during the two-day long sessions.
