Puttalam Area Civilians Alerted to Incidence of Child Abuse

58 Division HQ-based in Puttalam in order to alert the public on increasing incidence of child abuse, legal aspects and social implications organized an awareness conference at the Division HQ on Saturday (12) on a suggestion of Major General Priyankara Fernando, General Officer Commanding, 58 Division.

The Assistant Superintend of Police, Mr Buddhika Prasad Balachandra, a lecturer at Kalutara Police Training School delivered the main lecture after he was introduced to the occasion.
