Directorate of Psychological Operations at the Army Headquarters launched one more awareness programmes to improve the character and personality of Army personnel serving in the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) during 6-7 June.
50 Officers and 650 Other Ranks serving the SFHQ-J participated in the awareness programmes separately conducted at the SFHQ-J and 52 Division premises in Jaffna during both days.
Senior Psychological Consultant, Dr Samantha Nilmalgoda conducted those awareness programmes.
Those programmes and lectures focused on topics, such as Suicides, Use of Alcohol and Drugs, Stress Management, Enhancement of Life Skills and Happy Married Life, etc.
