Provision of Specialist Medical Consultation to Retired Disabled Soldier who Sustained Injury to an Eye During the Incident on 7 November 2016

Lance Corporal Y.K.D.N Mahiraj (Retired) who sustained injury to an eye during the incident on 7 November 2016 has been provided specialist consultations through the Colombo Eye Hospital and the Colombo Army Hospital.

Likewise, the Sri Lanka Army is even prepared to provide this retired disabled soldier with overseas medical treatment on the recommendations of medical experts. (Ends)
