Promoted GOC in 12 Division Welcomed in Parade

Major General Deepthi Jayathilake, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 12 Division upon arrival at the Divisional Headquarters in Hambantota back on Friday (8) after his recent elevation to the rank of Major General was welcomed in a formal Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour in conformity with military formalities.
