Owners to Lands & Properties Released in Mullaittivu Visit Locations

Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ - MLT) on Friday (29) facilitated a group of about 43 land and property owners of the Army released 133.34 acres who had come there to take possession of their properties, released formally on Thursday (28) in accordance with the policy of the government.

Brigadier B.P.S de Silva, Brigadier General Staff (BGS) representing the Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu, Major General Dushyantha Rajaguru, welcomed those civilians and took them to respective Keppapilavu area where their properties are located.

SFHQ-MLT provided them with refreshments on arrival and transported them in Army vehicles to different locations where their properties stand.

Those civilians, impressed with the renovations and new constructions that had been made by the Army to their properties before they were released to them, thanked the Army.

Several senior officers took care of them and facilitated their movements.
