Another round of the ongoing Wednesday Training Programme got underway for other ranks serving the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) at their main auditorium on Wednesday (11).
During the programme, Captain H.G.W De Silva of the 9 Sri Lanka National Guard delivered a lecture on ‘Psychological Operations.’
A large group of other ranks serving the SFHQ-MLT participated in the programme.
