One More Bush Fire in Muppane Brought Under Control

121 Brigade troops of the 12 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-Cen) doused a sudden bush fire occurred in Muppane area in Monaragala District on Friday (15).

121 Brigade troops of the SFHQ-Cen controlled the spread of bush fire under the directions of the Commander, Security Forces – Central (SF-Cen), Major General Rukmal Dias.

A team, comprised of one Officer and twenty five soldiers rushed to the place and took prompt actions to douse the spreading fire. The reason for the fire has not yet been revealed.
