Pre-school students at Alex pre-school in Wadduwakkal village under 59 Division area received gift parcels, containing nutrients such as green gram, cowpea, chickpeas, dhal, red rice, Samaposha, etc, following initiatives taken by troops of the 23 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) Regiment.
60 kids of those low-income group families lined up to receive those gift parcels, sponsored by Commanding Officer, 23 SLLI, Second in Command (2 IC) and all other ranks serving the area.
