Troops of the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi (SFHQ- KLN), together with ‘Ekamuthu’ Sri Lanka Society conducted a two day interaction programme between Kilinochchi and Colombo school children at the Kilinochchi Central College premises during 17 – 18 October.
This programme was conducted under the guidance of Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, SFHQ-KLN with a view to strengthening mutual understanding and goodwill among students from the South and the North.
More than 450 school children participated in this two-day ‘friendship’ programme which consisted of games, stage dramas, and many other children’s programmes.
Senior Officers, Chairman, ‘Ekamuthu’ Sri Lanka Society, school children, Teachers and parents took part in the project.
