New Mullaittivu FMA Commander Assumes Duties

Brigadier C.S Atipola, the new Forward Maintenance Area Commander – Mullaittivu (FMA-MLT) assumed duties on Wednesday (29) during a simple ceremony at the FMA-MLT office.

The newly-appointed Officiating Commander, FMA-MLT signed a formal document and signified the acceptance of the new office.

He succeeded Brigadier W.R Palihakkara who relinquished duties as the Officiating Commander, FMA-MLT recently to take up duties as the Officiating Commander, Army Logistic Command.

Colonel Nishantha Dissanayake, Colonel FMA, FMA-MLT, Lieutenant Colonel Nalindra Mahawithana, Staff Officer I, FMA-MLT and several senior Officers attended the occasion.
