Mr. Vilson Mondal, the newly appointed Head of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC)-Vavuniya Office visited the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W) on Wednesday (27) as a courtesy visit.
Mr. Mondal was accompanied by Mr. Patric Morin, the outgoing ICRC Head of Vavuniya and they were warmly welcomed by Major General Boniface Perera, Commander, SFHQ-W.
During the meeting, the SF Commander enlightened them on current roles and tasks of the Security Forces in the area with the coordination of the ICRC – Vavuniya.
