The newly-appointed Adjutant General (AG) of the Sri Lanka Army Major General Jayantha Seneviratne of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment assumed office this morning (25) during a brief ceremony at the Adjutant General Branch, Army Headquarters.
Major General Seneviratne is the 27th Adjutant General of the Army and succeeds Major General N.D Wanniarachchi who were to retire from the service.
