New 541 Brigade Commander Takes Office

Colonel K.R.K.K.T Bandara took office as the 5th officiating Brigade Commander of the 541 Brigade Headquarters at Kalliaydi, Mannar under the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni last Monday (4).

On arrival at the entrance of the 541 Brigade Headquarters, the newly-appointed Officiating Brigade Commander received a Guard Turnout.

Afterwards, he assumed duties in his office after signing a document. The new Officiating Brigade Commander later on planted a mango sapling in the 541 Brigade Headquarters premises and addressed All Rankers before he joined All Ranks for refreshments.

Commanding Officers and Staff Officers of the 541 Brigade were present during the occasion.
