New 14 Division Commander Assumes Office

Brigadier Chula Abenayake, the newly-appointed General Officer Commanding (GOC) for 14 Division assumed duties on Monday (5) at the 14 Division Headquarters of the Security Force Headquarters – West (SFHQ- West) in Colombo.

Amid ‘Seth Pirith’ chanting, he left his signature in an official document and symbolized the acceptance of his new office before he addressed all ranks serving the 14 Division.
