NCOTS Conducts Blood Donation Campaign

The Non Commissioned Training School (NCOTS) in Kalaoya conducted a blood donation programme on Tuesday (17) at the NCOTS premises.

The programme was organized in response to a request by the National Blood Transfusion Service in Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital.

Dr. H.M.A.K. Rathnayake and Dr. W.M. Ashmeer of National Blood Transfusion Service in Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura and 10 other medical staff assisted the conduct of the Blood Donation Campaign.

A total of 116 other rankers donated blood during the programme.
