A 4-day workshop for Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCO) was held during May 2-5 at the Security Force Headquarters – Wanni (SFHQ-W) with the objective of educating them on ‘leadership and team building’.
Physical demonstrations and training sessions were also held.
Brigadier W.M.J.R.K Senarathne, Brigadier General Staff (BGS) addressed the gathering at the opening ceremony and Colonel S.J. Priyadarshana, Colonel General Staff (Colonel GS) made closely remarks.
A total of 30 SNCOs participated in the programme.
