The second phase of the training workshop on ‘Leadership Abilities and Positive Attitudes’ for officials in Municipal Councils and Urban Councils was conducted by Army Officers at Diyatalawa Marksmanship and Sniper Training School and Diyatalawa Volunteer Force Training School during May 21-25.
The course at the request of Department of Local Government has been designed to develop leadership qualities and skills, generate mental preparation and energy to win challenges, inculcate social ethics & social behavior, and promote professional competence and mental capacity of state officials.
83 Male and 34 lady Officials, from respective councils took part in those resident training sessions.
