Mullaittivu Troops Still Busy with Flood Relief Work

Mullaittivu Army troops now engaged in flood relief activities on Saturday (22) rescued 5 stranded civilians in the general areas of Puliyamunei affected by heavy rains. 19 Gemunu Watch (19 GW) troops of 59 Division during their relief operations spotted those stranded civilians and brought them to safer places.

Meanwhile, 4 Sri Lanka National Guard (4 SLNG) troops under the 68 Division placed sand bags on an identified location on the dam of Maradamadukulam tank after troops and civilians observed a possible danger of splitting the tank bund as rainy waters began swelling during Saturday (22). Troops placed more than 1000 sand bags along a distance of about 40 feet and averted any possible piercing of the tank bund.

Meanwhile, on Monday (24) troops had to remove a fallen tree along the Puthukkudiyiruppu Mullivaikkal road and restored transport movements. Troops of the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) attended to the emergency. Sports Shoes | 【国内4月24日発売予定】ナイキ ウィメンズ エア アクア リフト 全2色 - スニーカーウォーズ
