Mullaittivu Troops Busy Conducting Lecture Sessions & IT Courses

Security Force Headquarters – Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) under the supervision of Major General P. U. S Vithanage, Commander of SFHQ-MLT, conducted a one more round of Wednesdays’ Training Programme on Wednesday (30) at the SFHQ-MLT.  

Brigadier N. M. Hettiarachchi, Brigadier General Staff (BGS), Brigadier D. S. A Dehiwatta, Brigadier Admin & Quartering (BAQ), SFHQ-MLT with other officers attended the lecture sessions. Major W. V. S De Silva, 6 (V) Military Intelligence Corps (MIC) conducted a lecture on ‘subversion’.

Meanwhile, another lecture on ‘Energy Conservation Practices’ was jointly delivered by the officers Brigadier D. S. A Dehiwatta, Brigadier Admin & Quartering (BAQ), SFHQ-MLT and Lieutenant Colonel K Munasinghe, Commanding Officer 16 (V) Corps of Engineer Services (CES) as another segment of the routine training programme of the SFHQ-MLT. 

In the meantime, a near one month long computer course organized for other rankers serving the SFHQ-MLT ended successfully on Thursday (31). 

A total of 20 other rankers followed the course organized on the instructions of Major General P. U. S Vithanage, Commander of SFHQ-MLT. 

The best achievers in the course were awarded medals and the rest certificate of proficiency.
