A Computer course was conducted at the 12 Division to enhance the IT knowledge of 30 Other Ranks serving in the Brigades and Units serving under the 12 Division of the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) during June 29 - July 21.
Colonel U.G Kotuwegedara, Colonel General Staff, 12 Division addressed the gathering at the closing ceremony as the Chief Guest.
Mr W.K Nuwan Sameera and Mr M.R Shamika, IT instructors at the ‘Orient Academy (PVT) Ltd’ contributed to the conduct of the Computer Course.
Meanwhile, another round of training course on IT commenced at SFHQ-C, Diyatalawa on 26 July with the support of the Orient Academy.
A total of 4 officers and 37 other rankers are attending the course.
