More and More Donations Flow for Brave Hearts

More and more donations continue to keep flowing for the Brave Hearts project, the fund raiser for the construction of wellness resorts in many districts of the country on behalf of totally dependant disabled war heroes.

Singer Sri Lanka PLC, a trusted commercial organization in the country, donated Rs 1 million to the Brave Hearts project, and the donation was handed over to Mrs Manjulika Jayasuriya, President, Seva Vanitha Army Branch (SVAB) by Singer Sri Lanka’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ashoka Peiris at the monthly meeting at Viru Kekulu pre-school in Manning town, Narahenpita this morning (26). Singer Sri Lanka’s Director Projects Mr. Premalal de Silva and Marketing Manager Mr. Ranisha de Silva were present at the occasion. Senior members of SVAB and a large number of SVAB members were also present.

The Brave Hearts project, strongly backed by SVAB, recently opened its maiden wellness resort ‘Abimansala’ equipped with all modern facilities for 52 disabled War Heroes by the side of Nuwara Wewa in Anuradhapura and the construction of the second such resort is to be inaugurated soon in Alawwa, Kurunegala.
