MIC Information Leads to Arrest of Man with 25 kg of Cannabis

Acting on intelligence provided by Military Intelligence Corps (MIC) of the Sri Lanka Army, Special Task Force Policemen during a snap search in the general area of Dolahenawatta, Weherahara in Boralesgamuwa arrested a 43-year old suspect with 25 kg of Kerala Ganja (cannabis) this afternoon (11).

STF Policemem in close coordination with the information provided by MIC troops tracked the suspect and handed him over to the Boralesgamuwa Police Station with the stock of cannabis.

These snap searches of the Police are being actively supported by MIC troops as per directions of the Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, to be in line with HE the President's campaign for eradication of drug menace. short url link | adidas Yeezy Boost 700 , Ietp
