Lecture on 'Physical & Mental Health' Educates All Ranks

A group of medical professionals of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps (SLAMC), led by Staff Sergeant I.D.M.R Somaratna delivered a lecture on 'Healthy Army - Healthy Nation' at Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) under the supervision of Major General Dushyantha Rajaguru, Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu.

The lecture focused on personal life patterns, arrangement of one's own life progress and do's and don'ts in life, taking day to day instances.

A large gathering of Officers and Other Rankers listened to the lecture as per directions of the Commander, SF-MLT.
