Troops and officers serving the 23 Division of the Security Force Headquarters East (SFHQ-E) listened to a lecture on ‘energy consumption’ at Welikande College auditorium, conducted by Mr. Nawaneshwaren, Additional General Manager of the Electricity Board, Eastern province and few other officers on Monday (8).
Mr. Nawaneshwaren emphasized the importance of careful consumption of energy in the country before 30 officers and 650 other ranks serving at the SFHQ-E who assembled there.
The programme was organized on the directions of Major General D.D.U.K Hettiaarachchi, General Officer Commanding, 23 Division.
