Late Lieutenant General Denzil Kobbekaduwa Remembered in Kandy

The 26th commemorative ceremony of late Lieutenant General Denzil Kobbekaduwa took place recently in the Denzil Kobbekaduwa Park in Kandy also organized jointly by the Municipal Council and the 11 Division Headquarters of the Security Force Headquarters – Central (SFHQ-Cen).

Mayor of Kandy Mr. Kesara Senanayake, together with the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 11 Division, Major General T. J Nanayakkara and Senior Officers at the 11 Division paid floral tributes to the monument of Late Lieutenant General Denzil Kobbekaduwa.

Moreover, one Officer and 34 Other Ranks from 2 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR), relatives of late Lieutenant General Kobbekaduwa and state officials also paid their respect to the fallen War Hero. Running sports | Men's Footwear
