The renowned meditation practitioner, Ven Diyasenpura Wimala Thero, the resident monk at ‘Bavunseth Mind Relaxing Meditation Centre’ at Hellummahara, Dekatana conducted one more meditation session for three lady Officers and forty three Other Ranks of the Sri Lanka Army on Friday (12).
