Kopai Youngsters Join Army Players

Jaffna Kopai area where the 51 Division Headquarters is situated remained as normal as other regular days on Friday (18) despite some attempts were in place to commemorate anti-social elements.

Many of the youngsters in the area joined hands together with members of the armed forces to play soccer with them and enjoyed a pleasant day as on other days.

Refreshments were also provided to the players by the Army during the games.

Major General Roshan Seneviratne, General Officer Commanding, 51 Division and Senior Officers witnessed the game.
