Kilinochchi Troops Get Employment Openings for Kilinochchi Civilians

A 57 Division-initiated project that finds suitable employment opportunities for family members of low-income groups, living in and around Kilinochchi got underway on Tuesday (11) in close collaboration with the management of MAS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.

Interviews, meant to select the beneficiaries, held at 572 Brigade Headquarters, 6 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment camp and 14 Sri Lanka National Guard camp in Kilinochchi attracted 163 applicants for the initial rounds. Of them, 98 males and 20 females were found qualified to take up jobs, offered by the said company. Representatives of the MAS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd who conducted the interviews assured them of job opportunities in future after communicating directly with selected applicants.
