On the directions and supervision of the Deputy Chief of Staff and Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi (SF-KLN), an awareness programme on ‘Mental Stress’ was held to the under command troops of SF-KLN on Wednesday (21) at Nelumpiyasa auditorium.
These lectures covered ‘identification of mental stress and its reduction’ by Colonel R.M.M Moneragala. Incense of cancers among the retried troops of the Security Forces was highlighted by Brigadier A.S.M Wijewardena and Lieutenant A.C.K Udugama of Army Hospital Colombo touched on ‘Good Eating Habits’.
