Indian High Commission's Assistant Defence Attaché Visits SFHQs- Kilinochchi & Jaffna

Assistant Defence Attaché at High Commission of India in Sri Lanka, Lieutenant Colonel Ravi Shekher Mishra paid a courtesy visit to the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi on Thursday (31).

SFHQ-KLN, Colonel General Staff, Colonel Ravi Pathiravithana warmly welcomed the visiting Deputy Defence Attaché. They exchanged pleasantries and discussed matters of mutual relevance.

After the discussions, he did not forget to pen down a few words in the Visitors' Book. An exchange of symbolic mementoes brought the cordial meeting to an end.

Meanwhile, the Assistant Defence Adviser of the High Commission of India Lieutenant Colonel Ravi Mishra currently in the North visited the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) on 30 May 2018.

During the visit, he had a formal meeting with the Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna (SF-J), Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi. They discussed the present security situation and roles of the Security Forces in the Jaffna peninsula.
