ICRC Vavuniya Chief Meets East Commander

Ms. Anne Melotte, Head of Vavuniya Office, International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) met the Commander, Security Forces - East (SF-E), Major General Santhusitha Pananwala at the SFHQ-E office on Tuesday (19).

During the meet, she had a cordial discussion with the Commander, SF-E on possibilities of enhancing bonds of goodwill among all ethnicities in the East. She also made inquiries into different aspects of the Army’s support for promotion of general economic conditions of the public in the area.

At the end of the courtesy meeting, Commander, SF-E presented a memento as a symbol of memory.
