Lieutenant Colonel Carsten Hoelscher, Deputy Defence Attaché of the Embassy of the Fedaral Republic of Germany in New Delhi paid a courtesy call on Lieutenant General Crishanthe De Silva, Commander of the Army on Wednesday (31) at the Commander’s office at Army Headquarters.
During the cordial meeting, Lieutenant Colonel Carsten Hoelscher exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and relevance and inquired into the post war development projects, supported by the military, etc.
An exchange of mementos brought the meeting to culmination.
