a. Brigadier M.Z.R Sally, Quarter Master General (Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps)
b. Brigadier H.L. David of Sri Lanka Engineers (Army Headquarters)
c. Brigadier R.V. Udawatta, Director General Financial Management (Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps)
d. Brigadier M.A.M. Dias, General Officer Commanding, 54 Division, (Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment)
