Etisalat Sponsors Army Rugby for the 4th Consecutive Year

A top level team of the Etisalat Lanka Private Limited sponsors for the forthcoming Rugby Tournament year 2016/2017 this morning (29) met Lieutenant General Crishanthe De Silva, Commander of the Army at the Army Headquarters and entered into an agreement with the Army for sponsorship of Army Ruggerites.

Mr Wail Salman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Riyaaz Rasheed Deputy CEO/CFO and Mr Yasheer Aboulamayiem , Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Etisalat Lanka Private Limited were present at the Commander’s Office for the occasion.

Brigadier Sunil Wanniarachchi, Chairman, Army Rugby Committee signed the formal agreement with the Etisalat representative with the Mr Mr Yasheer Aboulamayiem, Chief Commercial Officer, Etisalat Lanka Private Limited.

Lieutenant General Crishanthe De Silva, thanking Etisalat Company for their help for the fourth consecutive year expressed optimism and win for the Army team in the tournament.

Before their departure the Commander presented them with mementoes in appreciation of their contribution to the field of Rugby.

Major General B.A Perera, Director General General Staff, Lieutenant Colonel Bathiya Jayaweera, Secretary to Army Rugby attended the occasion.
