A new pre-school building for kids in Vellamullivaikkal West, built by Army troops with sponsorship offered by Dutch philanthropists was opened recently during a simple ceremony.
Observing that the kids in the area need a pre-school building for learning, General Officer Commanding, 68 Division and Brigade Commander, 681 Brigade, projected the requirement to the Non Governmental Organization, Caridas Cutex, run by Messrs Peerad, Tiyo and Ms Marita.
Army troops after constructing the new building with the sponsorship provided by those foreigners, invited them to open the new pre-school building on November 29.
