At the request of the Department of Customs, the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) recently conducted a six-day long workshop on ‘Strategic Leadership and Discipline’ for a group of custom officers at Kilinochchi, Ampakamam Army Training Centre.
The workshop, comprised of training in leadership, discipline, mental stress, psychological operations, preparation for emergencies, issues and problems, connected to day’s work, client relations, etc was designed by Major General Udaya Perera, Security Force Commander - Kilinochchi.
Experts in above different fields, together with senior Army officers delivered lectures to those state officials during these sessions, commenced on Monday (Aug 5).
