Combat Training School Junior Instructors’ Course End

The passing-out parades of Junior Instructors’ Course No 82 ( male ) and No 32 (female),  organized by the Combat Training School (CTS) at Ampara  were held under the supervision of its Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel K A W N H Bandaranayake at the CTS parade square  on Sunday (10).  
    
Both courses, male and female simultaneously commenced on 5 January 2016 with the intention of developing instructional abilities of junior Non Commissioned Officers of different units.
    
Lance Bombardier P. G. M. D. P. Rathnayake won the award for first place in Men’s category while Lance Corporal W. M. B. M. Warnakulasooriya was awarded as the first in order of merit in the women’s category.
    
Meanwhile, Lance Corporal K. A. J. S Jayathilaka was adjudged as the best shooter.
    
Several officers and other ranks witnessed the passing-out parade which was backed by Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps Band.
