Civil Experts Educate GW Officers at Kuruwita

Gemunu Watch (GW) Regimental Centre, intending to improve professional standards of Officers recently launched a lecture series with the support of civil experts and knowledgeable Senior Officers.

Mr Thilak Kandegama and Mr Sanath De Silva as invited lecturers dwelt on 'History Expelled from History - Today and Tomorrow' and 'Nuclear Complexities in South Asia' respectively using multimedia presentations. Another lecture on 'Time Management' was also delivered by Lieutenant Colonel Nalaka Malsinghe who is also serving as the Chief Instructor at OCDC in Buttala.

The programme launched as one session of the training day curricula got underway on the guidelines given by Major General Dampath Fernando, Colonel of the Regiment, GW to be in line with the Commander's directions for conduct of such educative programmes.
