General Joaouim Silva Eluna Chief of Staff of the Brazil's Army, who is on a visit to Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya Monday (24) afternoon at Army Headquarters.
General Joaouim Silva Eluna during his meeting with the Commander of the Army shared a couple of views on post-conflict Sri Lanka’s development and security issues.
