Central Troops Search Missing Man in Pilimatalawa

2 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) and 2 (V) Sri Lanka Rifle Corps (SLRC) troops of the 11 Division under the Security Force Headquarters – Central (SFHQ-Cen) jointly conducted a search operation in order to trace the whereabouts of a man, said to have fallen in to the gushing waters in a water canal in the general area of Pilimatalawa in Peradeniya on Friday (25).

More than 18 Army personnel belonging to the 11 Division conducted those search operations at the request of the Police and local authorities up until late in the evening.
