Troops of the 3 (Volunteer) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) serving under the 112 Brigade in the Security Force Headquarters – Central (SFHQ-C) organized a ‘Sila Bawana’ (Observance of precepts and meditation) on account of ill Full Moon Poya Day (14).
The full-day programme took place at the Sanghamittha Meditation Centre, Nuwara Eliya.
More than 35 troops of 3(V) SLSR actively participated in the programme to make it a success under the supervision of its Commanding Officer.
