CAVT Trainees Construct New House for a Needy Family

Centre for Army Vocational Training of the Army (CAVT) - Kala Oya, responding positively to a request submitted by the Rajanganaya Pradeshiya Sabha (RPS) offered its technical support for construction of a new house, meant for a poor family with five children.

RPS which has taken the initiative in this regard has spent its funds for cement and all raw materials, needed for construction and the Army vocational trainees (masonry) at the CAVT as a practical project in their curriculum carried out the project and completed it within a short span of time.

On Friday (19), a brief ceremony attended by RPS Chairman, overlooking Commandant, Lieutenant Colonel D.S Perera of Sri Lanka Light Infantry, Adjutant, Major U.L.N.D.K Liyanage of Sri Lanka Army Service Corps and Staff Officer, Major V.J.P.J Vikeliyegedara of Sri Lanka Artillery saw the keys to the new house delivered to Mr D.G Pushpakumara, a needy fisherman living in Thulana, Angamuwa with five family members. jordan release date | adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 DNA ZX 9000 Mint - Grailify
